Sarah Greene is headed home to Cork after a successful year in the spotlight.
The Cork actress is returning home for the festive season and relaxing after a hectic year – which included a Tony nomination for her role in Broadway show The Cripple of Inishmaan.
Sarah has been busy filming Penny Dreadful, after filming alongside Bradley Cooper and Jamie Dornan in new Hollywood movie Chef.

“I’m going down to Cork next week and one of my friends is getting married on December 29 so I’m excited for that,” Sarah revealed.
“I’ve a lovely week planned for myself. I’ve got a couple of weeks off from Penny Dreadful so
I’m looking forward to going home.”
“Penny Dreadful is amazing, I can’t say a lot about it but it’s great fun. It’s a really lovely
part,” she told the Herald.

Sarah will also get some quiet time with Dublin boyfriend Aidan Turner, who is best known for his role in The Hobbit.
