This is who will replace Ryan Tubridy on RTÉ while he takes ‘extended break’

Ryan Tubridy’s replacement on RTÉ  as been revealed.

The TV presenter has taken an “extended” break from his RTÉ Radio 1 morning show.

It has now been confirmed that TV personality and comedian Oliver Callan is taking over for the next few weeks.

Oliver, 39, previously took over from Ryan in March, while he was off work battling coronavirus.

Ryan, 47, had said he was “leaving to recharge”, admitting he was heading to the west of Ireland to enjoy his time off.

When Ryan returns in September he will also be back to host The Late Late Show.
