Ronan Keating’s daughter Missy will make her debut on The Voice UK this Saturday, alongside her best friend Georgia Gaffney.
The 17-year-old and her long-time pal will appear on the show as a duo, dubbed ‘GGMK’, and will perform a rendition of CeeLo Green’s hit ‘Forget You’.
The pair will sing for superstar coaches Jennifer Hudson, Tom Jones, Olly Murs, and Will.i.am – but it’s not yet known whether any of them will turn their chair.
Missy’s former model mum Yvonne Connolly recently spoke about Missy’s audition, and how it was a “great experience”.
Speaking to the Herald, Yvonne said, “I went over with her. I was kind of nervous because so much goes on before the actual audition. There was a lot involved, but it is a great experience.”
She went on to explain, “Whatever Missy wants to do, I do. For years she was acting in the Gaiety Theatre doing lessons and I wouldn’t let her audition. I didn’t want the kids going into show business.”
The Voice UK will air on Virgin Media One on Saturday at 8pm.
