Suzanne Jackson re-registers company as unlimited as profits continue to rise

Suzanne Jackson has re-registered her company as unlimited, it has been revealed.

According to the Irish Mail on Sunday, documents registered with The Companies House show that the beauty entrepreneur issued a number of documents to make the change – which means she will no longer have to publish accounts.

Suzanne’s decision to shield her finances from the public eye comes as she has valued her company and brand at a massive one million euro.

It’s also been reported that Suzanne’s company Glowbelle Limited, which she set up earlier this year, just acquired two of her other companies Cohar and SoSueMe Limited.

Speaking to the Irish Mail on Sunday, financial consultant Neil Brown of Blackrock Consulting said, “Suzanne Jackson completed a restructuring under the Tax consolidation ACT 1997.”

“She created a holding company Glowbelle of which Suzanne is the one hundred per cent shareholder. The directors of Glowbelle, Suzanne and her husband Dylan, have valued the business at one million euro.

“Under such a reorganisation no capital gains tax is due. Subsequent to that documents were field at the Companies House to change the status of Glowbelle to unlimited which is primarily done for privacy reasons.”

The news comes after it was revealed that one of the blogger’s companies posted profits of nearly a quarter of a million euro for a year.

Proving that beauty products are the money-maker, Suzanne has seen huge success selling fake eyelashes, nail polishes, and highlighter and contour palettes through her beauty brand SOSU.

The Dublin beauty is director of SanFran Limited, alongside millionaire businessman Fran O’Gorman of distribution company Sundrelle.

The pair set up the company in October 2015, and the accounts up to September 2016 revealed that they have raked in profits of €225,097.
