Spencer Matthews has revealed he’s “never been happier” in a sweet tribute to Vogue Williams.
The couple, who tied the knot back in 2018, are celebrating their third wedding anniversary today.
Marking the occasion on Instagram, Spencer wrote: “In the four and a half years we’ve been together and the three years (today) that we’ve been married, I’ve never been happier and more in love.”

“You inspire me daily with your warm open heart and rigorous work ethic,” he continued. “It’s really no surprise to me that everybody loves you.”
“You deserve all of your success, now and forever and our kids are lucky to have you as their mother. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY ❤️.”
The couple tied the knot at Spencer’s family’s 3000-acre Scottish estate, Affric Lodge, on June 8, 2018.
They’ve since welcomed two children – Theodore, 2, and Gigi, 10 months.
