Ruth O’Neill says “the pay is not equal to the work” on Xposé.

The presenter also revealed that she regretted moving back home from LA, “I still feel this way. I feel misplaced. I just felt I didn’t meet my tribe of people.”

“People don’t understand, Xposé is crazy. It’s five days a week, sometimes six.

“It’s evenings, early mornings, flights, editing and voice-overs, but on top of that you are doing your own hair and make-up and clothes. So, when it comes to the ‘glam’ side, there isn’t really any support.”

The former E! News presenter told the Sunday Independent’s LIFE magazine, “For how much work you do, the pay is not equal to the work.”

The stunning blonde is now in a relationship with a Dublin man.

“He has everything I have been looking for. He is smart, really handsome, really good fun and open-minded.

“We met at Christmas, so we’ve been doing long-distance between London and here since.”
