Ruth Negga has reportedly split from her long-term love Dominic Cooper.
The pair, who both star in AMC series Preacher, have allegedly parted ways after eight years together.
According to The New York Post’s Page Six column, Ruth and Dominic’s split was amicable, and that their relationship had simply “ran its course”.
Ruth and Dominic first started dating back in 2010, after starring in the UK’s National Theatre production of Phèdre in 2009.
The pair also starred in the video game adaptation Warcraft in 2016.
Before dating Ruth, Dominic was in a two-year relationship with his Mamma Mia! co-star Amanda Seyfried, who he recently reunited with to film the Mamma Mia sequel.
Ahead of filming, Dominic told The Times, “I think it will be fine working with Amanda again. I haven’t spoken to her for a while, but we always remained friends.
“Though it’ll be odd, gazing into each other’s eyes and singing an ABBA song.”
Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again! is set for release in July 2018.
As well as Dominic and Amanda, Meryl Streep, Colin Firth and Pierce Brosnan have also returned for the sequel.
