Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga will be honored at the US-Ireland Alliance’s Oscar Wilde Awards.
The annual star-studded event takes place on 23 February at J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot in Santa Monica, and will honour the best in the business.
The actress, who grew up in Limerick, will be honored along with Irish actress Caitriona Balfe, singer Glen Hansard, Zachary Quinto, and Martin Short.
JJ Abrams will host the event on the night, with Chris Pine and Catherine O’Hara presenting on the night.
Ruth has shot to fame thanks to a demanding and tough role in the movie Loving – alongside Joel Edgerton.
