RTE presenter Emma O’Driscoll has revealed she has had premonitions – and believes in ghosts.
The former Six singer confessed she has had some spooky encounters, admitting: “I just feel a presence of some people sometimes”.
And Emma, 32, told how she once heard the voice of a spirit come to her through the medium of a baby monitor.
She said: “Me and my sister have had a few different experiences. She used to live in quite an old house, and we were sitting there one night. My niece was upstairs and the baby monitor was on.

“My niece started crying, and we heard a voice through the baby monitor saying, ‘Shh baby, don’t cry’. We literally went through the floor.”
The Limerick native has also had some spooky premonitions – which saw her saving her sister from being killed in a fire.
“I was away travelling years ago and I was a couple of hours from home,” Emma told 2FM.
“I had a dream at about 4am, and there was this smoke all over the dream. It was this evil thing, and it started taking my breath and I woke up really panicked over it because I thought the room was full of smoke.
“I then saw a flash of my sister and my nieces face. I thought it was very bizarre. I rang her at 4.30 in the morning.

“It turned out that she had actually put something in the oven and had fallen asleep and she had smoke pouring up her stairs. I can’t explain that, I don’t know where it came from but it’s weird.”
And Emma insists that it isn’t just fleeting for her – she will always feel the presence of people.
She added: “I believe that there is something else there, I don’t know what it is, I just feel a presence of some people sometimes.
“Maybe someone who has passed and I’ve gone into places and you’d get the smell of someone’s house from 20 years ago that you would have visited and you’re like, ‘That’s very strange.'”
