Rosanna Davison launches second book Eat Yourself Fit

Rosanna Davison launched her second book, Eat Yourself Fit, at the Rustic Stone last night.

Following on from the success of her debut release, Eat Yourself Beautiful, the bestselling author has unveiled her second book to help you get fighting fit.

With over 100 powerful recipes that complement and enhance your fitness routine, a sample diet, exercise plans and tricks to keep you motivated, Eat Yourself Fit has everything you need to look and feel your very best.

Rosanna’s family and friends stepped out to celebrate the launch – and guests were treated to vegan bites created by the team at Rustic Stone, as well as a tailor made Belvedere Spritz.

Goodybags on the night included treats from Skinny Prosecco, Yves Saint Laurent, Vita Coco, Wyldsson, Koh Coconut, Natasha’s Living Food, Beacon Face & Dermatology, Bodyism and Tan Organic.

Rosanna’s recipes in Eat Yourself Fit are designed to aid yourfitness goals, with muscle building, antioxidant, mood-enhancing, sleep-enhancing, calorie-controlled and antioxidant-rich recipes.

Some of the recipes include a Rawnola Parfait with Raspberry and Vanilla Coconut Whip; Omega-3 Gingerbread Energy Bars; Coconut, Chickpea, Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Stew; Skinny Cauliflower Tabbouleh; and treats such as Pecan Pie Truffles.
