Ronan Keating’s brother has told how his family are fully behind his new relationship with Storm Uechtritz.
Older sibling Gary said that the Australian TV producer is a “really great person and very kind”.
He added: “I am delighted Ronan has found her and that they are so happy together.”

But opening up about his relationship with the Boyzone star for the first time, Gary admits it is tough to see bad things written about his brother.
“I absolutely hate it when nasty things are written about Ronan in the media,” he said.
“I know Ronan inside and out and I know what kind of person he is, he is a very good person with a great heart.
“So it does upset me when people make up things about him just to fill column inches.”

And Gary told RSVP Magazine that he feels his brother “has matured a lot” after having to “make decisions that someone of that age shouldn’t have to make” after just joining the band.
He added: “Ronan is a lot more appreciative of life, and I guess that is something that comes naturally with age.
“I feel like he has a happier understanding of life now and is happy and more content in himself.”
But Gary admits it was “very strange initially” when he first saw people seeing Ronan as famous – when he didn’t.
He added: “Having a famous brother has it’s pro’s and cons. I got to go to lots of great places like Brazil and Australia.
“But things did change for all of us in the family as once you went out with him, you were all in a public arena. It was difficult to go for a quiet pint and a chat.”
