“You don’t butter-coat it, you just tell it like it is, that is the way to be and the right thing to do,” he said.

Speaking to the Australian Daily Telegraph, the Boyzone star admitted his switch from the X Factor to the Voice has been a change.
‘I didn’t know what to expect,’ admitted Ronan.
