Singer turned actor Ronan Keating has hit out at wild child Miley Cyrus.
The Boyzone star has said he will always protect his 13-year-old daughter Missy, who is just starting out in showbusiness.
And talking about the Hannah Montana star, Ronan said Missy is too smart to act like Miley.

“Kids have to find their own way, but of course I’ll be her Dad and guide her and protect her,” he said.
“Kids should not be allowed to be like Miley Cyrus, roam around like that. They need guidance. At twenty-one, you think you know everything
“You don’t know your arse from your elbow. We were famous in a different time: it was all much more innocent. We still managed to do stupid things.
Actress: Missy has made the move into movies
“Now, it’s so different – more exploitative and exposed. I rarely agree with Sinead O’Connor,” he tells this month’s Hot Press magazine.
“(But) that open letter she wrote was on the money. She wrote it as a mother, that’s why. But Missy’s a smart kid, she sees that and knows how wrong that is. We’re safe with Missy.”
