Robbie Brady’s girlfriend, Kerrie Harris, has admitted that Ireland’s win was a “magical” moment.
In the Ireland v Italy match on Wednesday, Robbie Brady scored the winning goal in the last 85th minute – meaning Ireland have landed in the final 16.
“It was magical, I wasn’t even expecting it,” she admitted.
The emotional photo of the footballer embracing Kerrie shows how proud she was of her man.
“The picture probably speaks for how we felt, him getting over to me just for that one moment,” the brunette beauty revealed to Kathryn Thomas on RTE Radio One.
“It was amazing just to get to wrap my hands around him for a minute and give him a good hug and congratulate him.”

The mother-of-one revealed the hysteria in the stadium, with fans going crazy and having to climb on top of shoulders to reach Robbie.
“It was such a blur, I’m trying to even remember it was that much of a blur but I don’t know how I managed.
“I was up on one of Robbie’s brother’s shoulders at one stage getting down to the front to see him and then I think it was one of his brothers that got me to the front there and I managed to see him then,” Kerrie further revealed.
“The fans were just going crazy!”
