Some of Ireland’s top food and fitness influencers are coming together for a special event.
Rob Lipsett, The Happy Pear, Roz Purcell and Pat Divilly will all take part in Fresh Resolutions – an event which covers everything from managing work and life balance, health and wellness, dealing with stress and how to include mindfulness techniques in your daily life.
Other speakers include Alison Canavan and Siobhan O’Hagan, with the event taking place in the RDS on January 6th.
