Pippa O’Connor has revealed her stance on the 8th amendment referendum which is less than a month away.

Voting will take place on the 25th of May with voters being asked whether they wish to retain or repeal the 8th amendment which pertains to the legality of getting an abortion.

Taking to Twitter the winner of Ireland’s Most Stylish Woman at the Peter Mark VIP Style Awards this weekend, urged her nearly 80,000 followers on the platform to watch the referendum debate which took place on RTE’s The Late Late Show on Friday so they could make an informed vote.

She used the hashtag “#TogetherForYes” indicating that she would be voting to repeal the 8th amendment.

“If you missed the referendum debate on @RTELateLateShow you should watch now on Rte player. Educate yourself, know the facts & most importantly have your say on the 25th. #TogetherForYes”

Amy Huberman, Laura Whitmore and Vogue Williams are among the other famous Irish women who have spoken out in favour of a yes vote on the issue.
