PICS: Irish stars celebrate Valentine's Day

mad valentines

While today some of us have been on their own scoffing down pizza and watching Netflix, our Irish celebs have been toasting the special day with their loved ones.

Although few celebs did spend the day without their other halves, model Madeline Mulqueen spent the day in Amsterdam with her actor fiancé Jack Reynor.

While Jack posted this photo (above) Madeline posted a duplicate version on her Instagram.

#ValentinesDay ☺️??

Another star who spent the day without her other half was Roz Purcell.

The model has had an amazing week with her cafe Natural Born Feeder completely selling out, and with the news that she raised €11k for the homeless.

But for Valentine’s Day Roz was without her always supportive boyfriend Bressie, who instead was in Lanzarote.

Instead Roz headed to Dublin’s Marker Hotel and it looked like she had a serious feast.

And Roz and Rosanna weren’t the only stars spending the day without their partner.

Xpose presenter Lisa Cannon is in New York for New York Fashion Week and spent the romantic day with her favourite fashion designer instead.

But there were some Irish stars who managed to spend the loved-up day together.

Madly in-love newly-weds Ronan Keating and Storm Keating spent the day together in London.

The Dublin singer shared this super sweet photo collage on his Instagram account, thanking Storm for being in his life.

Happy Valentines Day to my one and only @stormykeating the most incredible human being. All my love #Timeofmylife ?

While we presume that Amanda Byram spent the day with her fiancé Julian, the TV star shared a message with her female followers.

Calling the day “bull****”, Amanda said if your man doesn’t make an effort that’s fine.

“Ladies, if your man doesn’t get you flowers or takes you out, no biggie…maybe that’s not how he shows you love,” she wrote.

While we love Amanda’s sentiment, today really was a day for the soppy social media posts.

Joining Ronan Keating on that front was Kodlaine lead singer Steve Garrigan.

The Dubliner is dating presenter Diana Bunici, and shared this very cute post.
