Peaches Geldof was a heroin addict – who had been having drug treatment for the past two years.
But the daughter of Boomtown Rats star Bob Geldof had a relapse and ended up overdosing.
The 25-year-old – who had been using methadone – stashed her drugs in the attic of the house she shared with her husband Tom Cohen and two young kids.
Police revealed at her inquest that puncture wounds were found on her wrists and thumbs after using the heroin, which had more than 60% purity compared to 26% on the street normally.

They discovered 6.9g of the drug stashed in a bag at their house after her death, worth about €600, as well as drugs paraphernalia including 27 bottles of methadone.
Peaches’ husband Tom Cohen – who found her body – said he found her in the spare bedroom of their family home.
Musician Cohen said she had told him all her weekly drugs tests had been clear, but asked if now believed she was lying, he said: “Yes”.
He said he believed she was taking heroin again after discovering text messages in February.
Peaches’ son Phaedra was alone in the house with his mother’s body for 15 hours, it also emerged.

Detective Chief Inspector Paul Fotheringham said heroin “was likely to have played a role” in her death.
“Someone who stops or ceases to use heroin, then resumes, is less able to tolerate the levels they previously had,” he said.
However Coroner Roger Hatch said her death wasn’t exactly the same as her mum, Paula Yates, as she had been trying to get clean.

He said: “It has been said this is a case of history repeating itself. But this is not entirely so.”
UK police are continuing to investigate who supplied the drugs to Peaches.
They said: “An investigation into who supplied the heroin to Ms Geldof-Cohen is ongoing. To date no one has been arrested or interviewed under caution in connection with this.”
