Paolo Nutini has insisted he won’t be marrying rumoured love Laura Whitmore – and they are only good friends.
But the Scottish singer – who has been single since 2010 – did admit that the MTV host is “fucking beautiful” after being seen at a number of events together.
He said: “She’s a very cool girl. We met through mutual friends and we’re just friends.
“You hang out and have fun, it doesn’t mean we’re getting married.
“Undeniably she’s fucking beautiful. I’m sure most red-blooded men would want to spend time in her company.
“She’s a very cool girl. She’s good a good energy about her.”

However speaking about the love rumours for the first time, he told the Star that speculation is “pointless” – and they were more to friends it would be impossible to hide.
He said: “There’s a lot of people that follow her around with cameras – if there was more substance to it, it would be out in the open.”
Last week Laura told Ray D’Arcy it was none of his business when he inquired about the relationship on live radio.
Previously the Bray presenter was in a long-term relationship with The Coronas’ Danny O’Reilly before being linked to Miles Kane.
