Cecelia Ahern has splashed out €2.3million on her new mansion – nine doors down from her old house.
The P.S. I Love You author sold her Dublin home in Abbott’s Hall, Malahide in May for €1.3million.
Now it has emerged that Cecelia, 33, and husband David Keoghan have bought a new plush pad for a million euro extra just around the corner.
Moved: Cecelia has left property behind
Sources have said that the writer and her two children –Â Robin, four, and Sonny, two – have already moved into the property.
It is just 120 metres away from their old house, meaning a moving van wouldn’t have been necessary.
The Georgian property has five bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool and cinema in a similar style to their old house, which was built at the same time.
