Nicky Byrne has surprised his family with an adorable new puppy named Chino.
The Westlife star and his wife Georgina decided to welcome a new pet into their family this week, following the devastating loss of their beloved pooch Keano in 2017.
The singer is clearly delighted with his new puppy, as he’s been sharing plenty of photos with Chino on Instagram.
Nicky shared a photo giving Chino a bath, and also posted an adorable snap of his kids Rocco, Jay, and Gia playing with their new pet.
During his RTÉ 2fm show in November 2017, Nicky emotionally bid farewell to his beloved dog Keano, who he had for 15 years.
Breaking listeners’ hearts, Nicky said, “He’s gone to doggy heaven. I have to say, for me obviously, there will never be another dog like him.”
The radio host also posted a touching tribute to his beloved pooch on Instagram, writing, “Goodbye KEANO. 15yrs and 5weeks old. What a Dog.. Rest easy pal.”
