EXCLUSIVE: Niall Horan's brother to sell coins of his one-year-old SON as he cashes in on fans

One Direction star Niall Horan’s brother is looking to cash in on his fame – by creating a coin in his son’s name.

Big brother Greg will be selling the coins for €25 each to coincide with young Theo’s first birthday next week.

However the Mullingar man plans to put “some money aside from this to give to children’s charities”.

And Greg hopes they will be valuable in time to come, after Niall suggested selling them.

“Theo loves listening to One Direction music,” he said. “We think he will be a singer. Maybe that would make the coins very valuable in time to come.”

He also revealed – in a note signed by himself, Theo and wife Denise – that members of the Horan family will be delivering some of the coins personally and will follow people on Twitter who buy them.

“Yes we will be producing a coin that so many of you asked for, to coincide with Theo’s first birthday on July 16,” he wrote.

“It will be brass with 20ct gold plated. It will come in a beautiful designed box. It will be available online only at £19.50.

“We can post it to any country in the world. Every fan who buys it, Theo will follow on Twitter if requested. That is our promise to yo.

“You must be following Theo on Twitter. We will pick somebody from time to time and the coin will be delivered to your home by members of the Horan family.

“It does not matter what country you live in, if you are picked we will go and spend some time in your home. It will take us five or six weeks to get the coins.

“We want to thank you all very much for asking us to do this and we are so proud to be able to deliver. We will also set up a children’s charity fund on behalf of all of you.”
