Niall Horan has suffered a serious security breach, after his Instagram was hacked.
The Mullingar native, who turns 23 today, woke up to an unpleasant birthday surprise as he discovered that his Instagram had been taken over by mysterious hacker Mr Control.
Niall’s hacker appears to be the same mastermind behind Tom Hiddleston’s security scare with Instagram last month – as both pages were filled with videos from ‘Team Error’ and screenshots of a Snapcode for ‘Mr Control’.

Both page’s bios were also changed to, “TEAM.ERROR.4.0.4 TEAM.ERORR.4.0.4.”
While Niall’s Instagram appears to have returned to normal, the singer took to Twitter to express his concern about the hacking.
“Something mad is goin on with my insta. Clearly some fool hacked it but they tagged themselves in it…,” he wrote.
