On Friday, the presenter told her Instagram followers that she’s taking a break from┬áThe Six O’Clock Show – but confessed she was “freaking out” about it.

On her Instagram Story, Muireann explained: “I’m just finished work and I’m officially on holidays.”

“I haven’t taken a holiday since last year because I took a holiday last year and then shortly afterwards I was gotten rid of from a job.”

“But unfortunately it is how my brain is so I’m freaking out a little bit.”

Muireann added: “But I’m trying not to and I’m just going to try and enjoy a week of not working, everything’s going to be fine, it’s fine. ”
