Maura Higgins has opened up about how much her life has changed since starring on Love Island this summer.

The Longford beauty opened up about how “everything has changed” on her podcast Get The Scoop, and she was joined by her Love Island co-star India Reynolds.

Maura said: “I feel like everything has changed for me. My previous job I’m not doing that anymore, obviously, I was a grid girl, ring girl, travelling the world.”

“And now I’m out of Ireland… like I was renting in Ireland in a small little cottage house.”

“My whole life is like so different, it’s so hard to get used to,” she confessed.

“I had to take a few days off cos I was like my mind’s gonna blow I don’t know whats going on, I couldn’t process anything. So it is like a massive change.”

“Like, you know that the paps [are] everywhere you go, even eating food, and people are taking photos of you.”

While it was a lot when she first left the villa, Maura admitted she’s “more used to” her celebrity lifestyle now.

Since coming 4th on Love Island with beau Curtis Pritchard, Maura has been busy with brand collaborations, photoshoots and presenting roles.

Maura hosts not only a podcast but also segments on ITV’s This Morning.

It was also announced earlier this week that the model would be taking part in the next series of Dancing on Ice.
