Mary Kennedy announces return to Irish TV with brand new presenting role

Mary Kennedy has announced her return to Irish TVs, after landing a brand new presenting role.

Mary retired from RTÉ in December last year after 15 years presenting Nationwide, and went on to compete in Dancing With The Stars in January.

The popular presenter will now return to our screens, as she prepares to present a brand new series on TG4 called Guaranteed Irish.

Sharing the news on Twitter today, Mary wrote: “I’m really looking forward to this.”

The new series is set to go “behind the scenes with 12 of Ireland’s big business success stories”, with production starting next week.

Guaranteed Irish will broadcast in late November, with further details about the show yet to be released.

Fans of Mary reacted to her new role on Twitter, with one user writing: “Great news delighted we will be seeing Mary back on our tv screens.

“Mary is such a very capable knowledgeable presenter and she has been missed on our screens. Delighted Mary looking so forward to watching this new series,” they added.

On this week’s episode of Goss Chats, CEO Ali Ryan chats with award-winning makeup artist and MRS Glam creator, Michelle Regazolli Stone.

The celebrity MUA opens up about the ups and downs of living through the pandemic, and how her makeup range saved her.

#GossChats is sponsored by top Irish aesthetic clinic Haus of JeJuve.
