Marc O'Neill has big plans for his post-reality TV career: 'I want to find the cure for cancer'

Marc O’Neill has revealed that he has big plans for his future and doesn’t want to live off his reality TV fame.

The Big Brother star plans to move to America and devote his life to science.

“I don’t want to be that 50-year-old lad pulling 18-year-old birds saying, ‘I’m that fella off Big Brother – do you remember me?!'” he said.

“In December I’m going to finally grow up and be a scientist in L.A. If it falls through or I don’t want to be a scientist…the beach is there!”

Marc plans on working in a lab and has already high ambitions about curing the world of cancer.

“I’ll work in a lab and we will work with anti-diabetic drugs and hopefully later I will be working with the big boys which will be anti-cancer drugs,” he told TV3.
