Lottie Ryan is quickly becoming a top competitor on RTE’s Dancing With the Stars.
However, the entertainment reporter admitted that while she is putting her time into the show, her personal life is taking a back seat.
She is set to be the Maid of Honour at her sister Bonnie’s upcoming wedding, but said that her duties are understandably “on hold” until after the show.
“It’s my first time being a maid of honour and I can’t wait to be involved in the wedding that I don’t have to pay for,” she told The Irish Mirror.
“I can’t wait. We kind of have it all planned and I’ve been given permission to put maid of honour duty on hold until I have a bit more time on my hands.”
The 2FM presenter explained that in order to juggle her now extensive work commitments and her family life, she relies on organisation and routine.
“I just have to really be prepared. Before I go to bed in the evenings, I prepare myself for the next day.”
“I knew what I was getting myself into and I really wanted to do this show for a long time.”
“I’m happy to be this busy – I couldn’t be happier with the opportunity, so I’m more than happy to be packing my breakfast, lunch and dinner and packing a bag for rehearsals – I have zero complaints, I want to be doing this for as long as possible.”
