Lisa Cannon has revealed that she’d love to take part in the next season of Dancing With The Stars.

The popular TV presenter is keen to show off her dancing skills, but worries DWTS bosses will “never” pick her for the line-up.

She told the Irish Mirror: “I would love to go on Dancing With The Stars, but the more I say I want to go on it, they’re never going to pick me.”

“I’ve wanted to go on it for so long. It would really help me lose the weight too, the bits I can’t shift. I’m like the little humming bird that keeps tapping at the window saying ‘pick me, pick me’.”

“I wouldn’t be interested in a lot of reality shows but I just love dancing, I’ve done ballet for many years,” she explained.

“I love to boogie, I dance around my kitchen, I dance with my friends. I’d love to slip on some tap shoes and show everyone what I can do. I’d work really hard; I think I can dance and you have to have a bit of belief.

“I’ve no idea how to do the foxtrot or the jive. If Beyonce came on I’d hop around like a space hopper. I’m ready to rock n roll, it’s sparkly and twinkly and I’d love to be on it,” he added.
