Liam Gallagher has responded to rumours that Oasis are set to reunite for a massive gig at Slane Castle.
Rumours were rife that Liam and his brother Noel were getting back together, after it was reported that Irish promoters MCD offered them a massive sum of money to play at the iconic venue.
And now, Liam has finally commented on the reports, after a fan on Twitter asked if there was really a deal on the table.
The 46-year-old replied: “No deal, no table, but like I’ve said before I’m ready to go.”

Oasis headlined Slane back in June 2009, and were supported by The Prodigy and Kasabian.
While it’s not clear whether Oasis will ever grace the stage at Slane again, Metallica have been confirmed the play there next June.
