“Any actor would, obviously. But instead I was watching as a fan”.

The mum-of-one also revealed she put her being a mother ahead of her career.

“I definitely became a mum ahead of being an actress in the years since The Clinic,” she said.

“I had to step away. I didn’t just want to send [Hunter] off to a creche or get a childminder, so I was really lucky that Steve is doing well enough to support me.”
