Laura Whitmore reveals secrets to her stunning figure

Laura Whitmore has opened up about how she keeps in shape.

A fan of the Skinny Bitch Collective, the MTV star admitted she’s also enjoys Bikram yoga and running to keep fit.

“I’m obsessed with Bikram yoga – I try to do that four times a week – and I also run,” she said.

Opening up to Daily Star’s TV Extra magazine, the blonde bombshell admitted she doesn’t diet but instead adopts a balanced lifestyle.

“It’s all about balance for me. I would never completely deny myself something. I don’t believe in starvation because food is too nice,” she admitted.

“Sometimes I use a fitness app and think to myself, ‘I either have a glass of wine or a bar of chocolate.'”

However it seems Laura is just like us all when it comes to body hang ups – revealing she would change one part of her body.

“I like my legs but they could always be a bit longer,” she said.

Although wishing for longer legs, the Wicklow woman admitted she would never consider cosmetic surgery in the future.

“I don’t think so. I don’t have anything against anyone having surgery, but it’s not for me,” she added.
