Laura Whitmore confirms she’ll be returning to the Love Island villa for Casa Amor

Laura Whitmore has confirmed she’ll be returning to the Love Island villa for Casa Amor.

The show’s host hasn’t appeared in the villa since the first episode, and has been absent for all the dumpings that have occurred so far this series – which have instead been done by text.

The Irish presenter hosted the show’s spin-off series After Sun on Sunday night from London, where she received an exciting text.

Reading out the message, the 36-year-old said: “Laura, it’s time to head to the island for Casa Amor… Let the fun begin! #packyourbags #twovillasarebetterthanone #newlocationnewtemptation”.

The text also referenced the new Covid travel laws, asking the new mum whether she had had her PCR test, filled out her passenger locator form, and been double jabbed.

Laura said: “Well there you go guys, I better go pack my bags!”

Casa Amor is set to kick off tonight, with six new boys and girls entering the villa to shake things up.

Will the Islanders heads be turned?

Love Island continues tonight night at 9pm on Virgin Media One and Virgin Media Player.
