Laura Nolan has revealed that she has found THE dress ahead of her wedding to Matthew MacNabb, and she “can’t believe” she found it “so fast.”
The pair met when they were partnered on Dancing With The Stars together in 2022, a year after Matthew returned from the Love Island villa. They then went on to get engaged in November 2024.
Now, the dancer has shared a sweet photo on Instagram of herself at Verona Bridal in Belfast, smiling as she points at the “I’m a Verona bride” sign.
“I’m so excited, I can’t believe I found my dress so fast! It was the very first dress I tried on!! I tried on so many others after but nothing compared to the first,” she wrote in the caption.
“I actually felt emotional. I honestly didn’t think that would happen as I’ve had some gorgeous dancing dresses over the years but this made me feel a different way👗.”
Laura also wrote: “To say I’m excited to walk down the aisle to @matthew_macnabb and for him to see it is an understatement 🥹🤍.”
Her fiancé proceeded to comment on the post, saying: “CAN’T WAIT 😍.”
Speaking with Goss.ie last month, the pair opened up about how wedding planning is going so far.
“We’re going well. We’re looking at a few venues and we’re going stage by stage. Nobody tells ya, it’s actually a lot of work as well,” began Matthew.
Laura agreed that it’s “a lot of organisation” and they don’t want “to rush anything.”
“We want to enjoy every single part of the process. We enjoyed our engagement, we were a little bit busy and now we’re ready to start planning the wedding. So, it’s all so exciting.”
“We actually have exactly the same feel,” the dancer explained, “I think we both have the same idea which I was really surprised at… I was expecting us to maybe like different things but we actually don’t.”
