Keith Duffy has admitted that he felt “disturbed” by Jedward’s behaviour on Celebrity Big Brother.
The singer, who appeared on the reality series back in 2001, insisted that their behaviour whilst on the Channel 5 show was “strange” – and that the amount of time they spend together is unhealthy.
“It was strange behaviour. I was disturbed. I would love to separate Jedward for six months to see how they would get on because I don’t think it’s healthy for two young men to spend that much time with one another,” he told the Irish Sun.
“They are 25-year-old men but they have the social skills of young children.”

However, the 42-year-old did credit the twins for their dedication to their fans, and suggested that they branch into children’s television.
“Jedward always have time for their fans. That’s why they are still there. I really wish they had Louis Walsh as their manager. They need someone with decades of experience to get them a new show on kids’ TV,” he said.
The former Boyzone star also commented on controversial housemate Kim Woodburn.
“I have never met that woman and I hope I don’t ever have to. The way she behaved towards the younger girls was disgraceful. How can someone of that age be so nasty and toxic.”
Meanwhile, Keith has also launched into a scathing attack on Kian Egan and Nicky Byrne.
