Kayleah Long has shared an emotional update on her newborn, Jax.
The mother-of-three welcomed her son into the world two weeks ago with husband Shane Long.
It was a tough battle, as the footballer previously said – but baby Jax is home with his two sisters and parents.
Taking to Instagram, Kayleah revealed how her son’s first few days in this world were.
“To think two weeks ago he had tubes up his nose, mouth and into his little hand, breaks my heart,” she wrote.
“But look at him now. So perfect.”
Baby Jax is home safe with his family and Kayleah has already taken adorable photographs of her children.
