Kathryn Thomas will tie the knot in front of some well-known faces this weekend.
The 40-year-old will marry her longterm partner Padraig McLoughlin on Sunday afternoon near her family home in Carlow – one year after they welcomed their first child, Ella.
RTÉ 2fm host Eoghan McDermott and his girlfriend Aoife Melia are set to attend the nuptials, amongst other familiar faces from Montrose.
Speaking to RSVP Live, Eoghan said: “The wedding is going to be amazing. It is going to be a great party, Kathryn is a storm.”
“I chatted to her to last week and she is kind of managing the wedding like a TV production. She is asking a lot of questions of everybody, so it will be lights, camera, action!”
“She wants it as organised as possible so she can enjoy it on the day, which is the way to do it,” he said.
Eoghan and Kathryn have been good friends for years, ever since they worked together on The Voice of Ireland.
