Top MMA coach John Kavanagh has celebrated the opening of his new SBG ‘Monster’ Gym this weekend.
Conor McGregor’s coach has had the impressive gym open for weeks now, but did a special unveiling on Sunday which saw dozens of MMA fighters and their families in attendance.
The Dublin star also had pro-MMA star Royce Gracie in the gym as a special guest.
Attendees also got to enjoy games, food, an ice cream van and check out the spacious new HQ.
And of course there was a delivery of Conor’s own Proper No. Twelve Irish whiskey.
Conor, 31, had attended the first opening night last month, where he showed his coach.
It’s a busy time for John, as next Friday September 27th will see four of his SBG protégés go head-to-head with MMA stars at Bellator Dublin.
James Gallagher, who has been tipped as the next McGregor, will fight on the night, as well as Will Fleury, Kiefer Crosbie and Richard Kiely.
Huge crowds are expected to attend the event in Dublin’s 3Arena.
