Acclaimed film star John C. Reilly is coming to Galway this summer for the cities’ Film Fleadh.
The star of hit movies like Stepbrothers and Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story – John will be the subject of this years Public Interview on Sunday July 12 at 3pm.
The Chicago native has enjoyed a hugely successful career spanning 26 years in front of the camera and over 70 film performances.

John made his film debut in Casualties of War in 1989 where he impressed the director so much that he was re-cast into a bigger role in the early days of filming.
In 2002, the 50-year-old was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Chicago and which along with The Hours and Gangs Of New York also starring John – were nominated for best picture.
The Film Fleadh is a six day international festival taking place from Tuesday 7th until Sunday 12th July and is one of the most notable film events of the summer.

The full programme for the 2015 event will be revealed next Tuesday, 23rd June.
The Public Interview will be hosted by Seán Rocks, from RTÉ One’s Arena, in the Town Hall Theatre on Sunday 12th July at 3pm.
