RTE star Jennifer Maguire has revealed she may end up giving birth live on her 2FM show.
The Breakfast Republic presenter has got co-stars Bernard O’Shea and Keith Walsh primed in case her waters break.
And Jennifer, 34, said it’s because she has no plans to take any time off work before her and husband Lau Zamparelli’s baby arrives.

She said: “I’m going to keep working until I pop – I may just take the afternoon off to give birth.
“Bernard O’Shea will just have a couple of hot towels ready to go too in case. I’ll take some time off after, but it really all depend on how I am.
“I’d like to get back to work and I’m very fortunate in that I only work four hours in the morning and live about four minutes from RTE.
“So I can go in and head home easily. It won’t be six months off or anything.”
The Republic of Telly star added that she is “feeling really good” after getting over the flu recently.

Speaking at the annual 2FM Christmas toy appeal, she added: “I’ve been out with the flu and I’m getting over that at the moment, but other than that I’m great. The pregnancy is literally flying along.”
But Jennifer admits that is it odd to realise this will be her last Christmas when its just her and Lau.
She said: “It’s weird because this is our last Christmas and New Year’s together just us, without a baby.
“We were thinking we should do something really special but then the realisation hit that I’m pregnant and cannot really do much.
“We’re excited and amazed that we’ll be a family next year.”
