They won’t be returning to Eurovision to represent Ireland this year – but Jedward are hoping to perform at the competition on behalf of Australia.
IT was revealed this week that Australia will now be competing in the European competition and now the Lucan twins are trying to represent the new addition,
“John and Edward would love to represent Australia in Eurovision,” a source revealed.
“They would be very proud to fly the flag for a country where so many young Irish people have made their home.

“But it’s not just about John and Edward, Jedward fans around the world are going to be mobilised to let people know how popular Jedward would be representing Australia in Eurovision.
“They would get votes from juries across Europe,” the insider told the Sun newspaper.
Back in 2011 Jedward came No1 in an Australian poll of Eurovision entries with their catchy tune Lipstick.
