Jedward call out Simon Cowell – after their first single is removed from streaming platforms

The Irish twins are NOT happy

Jedward have called out Simon Cowell on social media, after their first single was removed from streaming platforms.

John and Edward Grime shot to fame on The X Factor back in 2009, and went on to release a number of singles – including a cover mash-up of Queen’s Under Pressure and Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby.

Taking to Twitter last night, the 28-year-old twins tweeted: “Yo @SimonCowell and @SonyMusicUK.”

“Why have you removed our Iconic 1st single Under Pressure Ice Ice baby from all streaming Platforms and deleted the official music video?”

“That’s our legacy! we’re outraged it’s part of Pop culture! We demand a response!” they added.

The news comes just one day after Jedward released their first single in three years, called Taste The Heat.

The twins have been keeping a low profile as of late, as they’re currently living in Los Angeles with their showbiz pal Tara Reid.

On this week’s episode of the Gosscast, Goss.ie Founder Ali Ryan and Goss.ie Editor Kendra Becker discuss Johnny Depp’s explosive libel trial, involving his ex-wife Amber Heard.
