Jamie Laing praises Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams for being so ‘normal’ in their new show

Their new reality show has been receiving huge praise

Jamie Laing has praised Spencer Matthews and Vogue Williams for being so ‘normal’ in their new show.

The 30-year-old is a long-time friend of Spencer’s, and the pair starred on E4’s Made in Chelsea together for years.

Speaking to the MailOnline about their new show ‘Spencer, Vogue and Baby Too’, Jamie said, “Spence is one of my best friends in the entire world, and has been for 10, 12, 15 years… I absolutely adore Vogue and their show was just hilarious.”

“They are such a great couple with each other, it [their series] shows couples can argue and bicker, and be funny with each other, and still be completely in love – and I love that!”

“It is normal, we live in this world where people put filters on everything on Instagram, but in fact we all argue, bicker and that is what life is about. If you show that to everyone, everyone accepts that and I think that’s what they do in such a wonderful way.”

Jamie also said he’s glad people are now seeing the funny side of Spencer, as he was misrepresented in shows he’s done before.

“Spence is very funny, he’s a closet funny guy, I am so glad people got to see that on the show,” he said.

“You know, he has been represented other ways on different TV shows and this is what he’s like – he’s kind of goofy, he’s kind of silly, he’s very funny and he’s very lovely. I am super happy for him right now!”
