Jamie Dornan rules out returning to Fifty Shades: ‘I’m done’

Jamie Dornan has ruled out returning to Fifty Shades of Grey, despite rumours about a fourth film.

The 34-year-old has just finished filming the second and third Fifty films back-to-back, entitled Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed – and has made it clear that he’s glad to be finished with the franchise.

Based on erotic book series written by EL James, Jamie has admitted that he has no interest in reprising his role as Christian Grey after there were whispers about a fourth instalment.

Since releasing the Fifty Shades books, EL James has released a fourth novel entitled Grey, which focuses on the point of view of Christian – which sparked rumours about another film.

But Jamie has insisted that he won’t have any part in it.

“We have done two movies back to back now, and I’m actually finished with it. I’ve done Fifty Shades forever.

“I move on very fast in my mind. As much as from the outside people think you are synonymous with one character, but I’m very much like, ‘Right, that’s done’, and move on to the next project and worry about that character,” he told The Sun.
