Irish singer Lisa McHugh has announced her engagement, but she has yet to reveal the identity of her husband-to-be.
The popular country singer, who previously dated hitmaker Nathan Carter, revealed the news on her Instagram page this weekend.
Sharing a photo of herself showing off her stunning engagement ring, Lisa wrote: “Officially the happiest and luckiest girl in the world. I cannot wait to marry my best friend and the man of my dreams … #IsThisRealLife #IFinallyFoundHim”.
Lisa, 32, shared photos from the emotional day, but did not reveal who her fiancé is.
The singer had told RSVP magazine earlier this year that she was living with her other half in Enniskillen, Fermanagh, but did not reveal his name.
“I am with someone and he makes me very happy but I prefer to keep that side of my life private because everything else is so public,” she said at the time.
“I have chosen this career and he certainly hasn’t and I don’t want to put him in a position he doesn’t want to be in.”
