Ian Madigan has jetted to Barbados for a romantic trip away with his girlfriend Anna Kirwan.
The Irish rugby star and the brunette stunner have been spotted walking the beach at the lavish Sandy Lane resort – a favourite destination amongst his teammates as Luke Fitzgerald just returned from there with his new girlfriend Sadbh McMahon.
Taking to Instagram, the Leinster player shared a snap of the loved-up couple enjoying a round of golf on the resort’s famous country club.
The pair rocked a laid-back look, both sporting sun hats and casual trainers, while they took in the surroundings that are much loved by A-listers including Simon Cowell, Mark Wahlberg and Cara Delevingne.
Anna, who works in marketing, is enjoying some downtime with Ian before his move to France this summer to join the Bordeaux Bègles.
Ian previously admitted that Anna is his “main style advisor”, but that he’s always conscious of what his rugby teammates will think.
“My girlfriend Anna would be my main style advisor, she keeps me on the straight and narrow.
“Although there is always a bit of slagging from the lads if you came in with a leather jacket, they would be saying ‘vroom vroom’,” he told the Herald.
