Despite rumours of romance with with Scottish athlete Emma Canning, Greg O’Shea has taken to Instagram to declare that he is single.
While waiting to catch a flight, Greg opened his ask box to his 1.3 million followers.
He and fellow rugby 7s team mate Jordan Conroy then replied to Greg’s fan’s queries – and one of the first that came in to the rugby star was “are you both single.”
Greg then replied” “yes x2” indicating that both of the athletes are on the market.
The Love Island winner was then asked what qualities he looks for in a prospective partner.
“Confident – knows her worth but not cocky,” he replied.
“Ambitious -working towards something… lives a healthy lifestyle – likes to be active.”
The Irish part-time radio presenter also told his fans that he had “no regrets” following his time on Love Island – and that he “loved every minute.”
He said that he doesn’t consider himself to be famous – and has turned to the support of his friends to deal with the newfound attention.
“I wouldn’t call it ‘fame,'” he said. “I went back doing what I love and my mates keep me well grounded.”
The Limerick man won the Love Island series with partner Amber gill, but the pair split soon after filming ended. Amber recently revealed new details about the split.
