Greg O’Shea has finally addressed rumours he’s dating popular UK influencer, Kate Hutchins.
In recent months, the Love Island star has fuelled speculation he’s secretly dating the British blogger, after eagle-eyed fans spotted them sharing photos from the same locations.
The Limerick native had remained silent on the rumours, until he opened up about his love life during a Q&A on Instagram on Friday night.
After a follower asked him if there was “any relationships on the horizon”, Greg replied: “I think it’s only fair I address this with you guys because you always ask and I don’t like ignoring you.”
“I’m preferring to be more private with my love life because I just think it’s best to let relationships happen naturally without the pressure of social media and opinions,” he explained.
“When I’m ready to introduce a person to you guys then I will of course but until then I’m just trying to let it happen without any pressure.”
The 26-year-old was first linked to the popular UK blogger last April, when fans noticed they had shared photos from the same location in Dubai.
Then in August of this year, the pair appeared to be on the Greek Island of Mykonos at the same time.
One month later, the rumoured couple shared photos from the same restaurant at Kinnitty Castle Hotel in Offaly.
Kate, who is based in London, is a well-known lifestyle blogger – who has over 531k followers on Instagram.
Greg, who has nearly 1million followers on the app, is best known for winning Love Island in 2019 with Amber Gill.
The former couple split shortly after the series ended, and Amber accused Greg of dumping her over text.
