Glenda Gilson has landed a new presenting role, just weeks after Virgin Media axed Xposé.
The TV presenter hosted Xposé for 12 years before it was officially cancelled earlier this month.
After the news broke, Glenda admitted she was unsure about her future on TV – but now she’s landed a new presenting gig with Ireland AM.
Speaking on her Instagram Story today, Glenda said: “If you tuned into Ireland AM you will know that I am now part of the team, bringing you all things entertainment and showbiz.”
The brunette also revealed her first celebrity interview for Ireland AM is with Katie Price, who was in Dublin on Wednesday.
The former glamour model visited Trinity College to accept a medal from the University’s Phil Society.
During her first day on the job, Glenda dressed up as Maleficent for a special Halloween segment on Ireland AM.
Ireland AM host Ciara Doherty shared a photo of her and Glenda on Instagram, and welcomed her to the team by writing: “Welcome to @irelandamvmtv @glendagilson! What an entrance! Lovely to have you on board.”
