Xpose star Glenda Gilson has revealed she can’t wait to take her husband’s last name – but not on screen.
The TV3 presenter insisted she is “proud to become a McNaughton” after her wedding to Rob McNaughton on Friday.
But the 33-year-old won’t be ‘doing a Cheryl’ and changing the way we know her – that will stay as Glenda Gilson.
She said: “I’ll take his name, but not for TV work. I’m proud to become a McNaughton, but I think for TV I’ll stick with Glenda Gilson.”

Following her wedding at Donald Trump’s Doonbeg Hotel in Co Clare, the newly-married pair will be jetting off to Las Vegas for their honeymoon.
And Glenda insisted that they won’t immediately be looking to start a family on their return, as she wants to “enjoy my man”.
“We definitely both want kids. I adore kids, I’m prone to picking up random children and hugging them,” she told the Sunday World.
“However, we certainly won’t be jumping into family life right away. We want to enjoy the so-called honeymoon period of our marriage first.

“We just want to have fun and we want to focus on our careers for a while… Rob and I are both very busy and some days we are like passing ships at night.
“So that’s why the honeymoon will be incredible. Then, when we come back, we’ll try and adapt to getting back to our working lives while married.
“And down the line we’ll discuss kids. Just not yet – I want to enjoy my man.”
